CPAA Opens Office

The Cultured Pearl Association of America, Inc. has opened a new office in Rhode Island which will also serve as the public relations liaison for Perles de Tahiti in the United States.

The new full-time office in East Providence will be staffed by Kathy Grenier, marketing and public relations manager, and her assistant, Boden Perry. “Helpful tools and material such as an interactive web site, educational CD, and a newsletter will be available in May,” Grenier says. “We are building a strong foundation and creating an association vital to the pearl world. We are honored to work with and for Perles de Tahiti here in the U.S.”

Established in 1957, the Cultured Pearl Association of America is a non-profit agency whose purpose is to promote awareness, education, ethics, and passion for cultured pearls in the U.S. Additionally, the association serves and supports the interests of 55 members comprised of pearl manufacturers, wholesalers, and dealers in the U.S.
