		<description>Why the emphasis on Ebay and online diamonds when you talk about fakes and reports ? Doesn't it hold equally well for normal retail stores ? 

I would never buy a diamond without a report, online or in-store so that is something Blue Nile has already accomplished. 

In fact I wouldn't with expensive gemstone jewelry either.</description>
