Cheryl-Here’s a question I’d love an answer to–You have an online store, customer purchases a diamond, you allow for a 30-day return policy with all the language needed—Customer mails back not the same diamond. You receive the merchandise, with the necessary return papers, proper packaging, and insurance, merchandise is intact, but diamond is not the same. Report is same, diamond changed. Who protects you? Insurance? Visa, MC, AE? What do you do?
